Allan Hirsh believes in making a difference in the lives of people and their organizations. He is the author of 45 Minute Breakthroughs. He helps business owners by guaranteeing to find them at least $50,000 in the first 45-minute conversation. He also helps Business owners and Executive Directors discover their WHY, understand their personal and organizational visions, asks questions, listens, and makes suggestion to help them make decisions that align with their WHY and their personal and professional goals. He holds them accountable for the decisions and works with them, supports their decisions and helps them to learn how to strategically execute them. He is the Principal at Allan Hirsh Advisors where he is a certified Executive Coach, Consultant, and Facilitator as well as the only Certified WHY Coach in the Baltimore area. He works with clients in one on one session as well as facilitating CEO Advisory Boards of non-competing members. He brings more than 40 years of leadership to his clients as the owner/CEO of a multigenerational family international publishing business, and an award-winning commercial food service design firm as well as an Executive Director of a not-for-profit. He was the President of a national trade association. He has served on and has been an active leader in several local and national non-profits. He has led business development efforts, strategic planning and financial planning for businesses and not-for-profits. Allan graduated from the University of Virginia, McIntire School of Commerce, with a B. S. in Commerce with a concentration in Finance and a major in Lacrosse.
