Lisa Hammett

After 26 years in the corporate retail industry, Lisa was stressed, burnt out, and at her heaviest weight. She left the industry, started her personal wellness journey, and lost 65 lbs. She has been a Certified Wellness Coach for 9 years, helping thousands of individuals lose weight by developing sustainable healthy habits and shifting their mindsets. In 2020 she began her Success Coaching practice, incorporating Life Coaching. She has helped clients through job transitions, reduces stress, loses weight, gains confidence, releases limiting beliefs, improve communication, and improve relationships. She is currently working on her first book, which will be published later this year.
