I was raised in Chester, Pennsylvania a small city just south of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I was educated in the Chester public school system. I went on to further my education and receive my Bachelor of Science degree from Cheyney University of Pa and a Master of Business Administration degree from Wilmington University in New Castle, Delaware. Currently I reside in Raleigh, North Carolina and am married. I am CEO of Edwards Insurance LLC founded in June 2015 and JOKLAN Publishing. I have had a successful career in the life insurance industry and have held positions as Insurance Representative, Sales Manager and District Manager. I have led offices in Detroit, Michigan, Atlantic City, New Jersey, Raleigh and Greensboro, North Carolina. I am the author of the book Make Your Dreams Your Reality (Goal Setting Is A Foundation To Success). This is a motivational as well as thought provoking writing that encourages the reader to believe in themselves. It highlights the dream in a different perspective such that it may be something that needs to be acted upon. The vision gives us hope of fulfilling the dream the dream along with our faith. Lastly, goal setting is the foundation to making the dream a reality.
